Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment:
To secure your booking date, a non-refundable 30% advance deposit is required, with the remaining 70% balance to be paid in full immediately following the conclusion of the shooting session.
Please note that 10% Consumption Tax is already included in all Package Prices. Payments can be made via Cash or Bank Transfer.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
In the event of a cancellation, the 30% advance deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your session due to an emergency, please notify us at least 5 days prior to the scheduled shoot date; we will reschedule your session to the photographer's next available date free of charge. Rescheduling requests made within 3 days of the shooting date will incur an additional fee of ¥5,000 to cover schedule adjustments.
3. Package Overtime rates:
For Pre-Wedding, Studio Shooting, and Event Shooting, the overtime rate is ¥5,000 per hour.
4. Styling & Wardrobe Adjustments:
The specific Makeup Artist (MUA) tier and Dress options are locked based on the selected package. Extra charges will have to be paid by client for any upgrades (e.g., requesting a higher-tier MUA or premium/imported dress options that are not included in the original tier).
5. Shooting Duration:
Makeup preparation time is excluded from the total shooting session hours. For event shoots, the crew will arrive 1 hour prior to the event. If the client arrives late by more than 30 minutes, the lost time will be deducted directly from the allocated shooting duration.
6. Location Limits & Exclusions:
Packages cover designated standard shooting locations within Tokyo. Out-of-city shoots incur additional travel or vehicle rental expenses. Package prices do not include transportation fees, entry tickets, or shooting permit fees. The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits and covering entry/travel costs for both themselves and the crew. For overnight out-of-city shoots, the client must cover the crew's accommodation and meal expenses.
7. Natural Scenery & Visibility Disclaimer:
Please note that visibility of natural landmarks (e.g., Mount Fuji, cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, or specific snow coverage) depends entirely on unpredictable weather and seasonal changes. OneJPN Studio cannot control or guarantee perfect visibility on the day of the shoot.
A lack of visibility or cloudy conditions for landmark backdrops shall not be considered a valid reason for cancellation, rescheduling, or refunds. The shoot will proceed as scheduled with alternative scenic angles.
In the event of severe weather or natural disasters on the shoot date—such as official weather warnings (e.g., Typhoon or Storm Warnings), road closures, landslides, flooding, or outdoor shooting restrictions issued by local authorities—the session may be rescheduled. In such circumstances, no additional fee will be charged by the studio for rescheduling.
While there is no fee for changing the studio date under these conditions, any non-refundable expenses already incurred (such as studio deposit charges, transportation charges, accommodation, or third-party permits) will be the customer's responsibility.
8. File Storage Policy :
OneJPN STUDIO will securely retain your files for the following periods:
• Raw Photos: 90 days
• Edited & Retouched Photos: 1 year
• Final Videos & Albums: 1 year
After the storage period expires, files may be permanently deleted without prior notice.
Clients are strongly encouraged to download and back up all delivered files upon receipt.
9. Delivery Timeline :
• Raw photos will be delivered within 2 business days.
• Professionally retouched photos (under 60 nos.) will be delivered within 18 days.
• Professionally retouched photos (above 60 nos.) will be delivered within 30 days.
• Highlight videos will be delivered within 30 days.
• Full wedding films will be delivered within 45 days.
• Edits Revision Limit: Allowed edit revisions are 1 round for Lite, 2 rounds for Plus, and 3 rounds for Primes packages.
Revision requests must be submitted within 2 business days of receiving the photos.
10. Rush Delivery Service :
If you require your photos or videos sooner than the standard delivery timeline, Rush Delivery Service is available for an additional fee, subject to our production schedule and availability. Please inform us before or at the time of booking if you wish to request expedited delivery.
Note: Delivery timelines begin after the photography session (or wedding day) and may be extended during peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified in advance if additional processing time is required.
11. Liability Waiver :
In the event of unforeseen technical failures (e.g., memory card data corruption, camera malfunction, etc.), OneJPN STUDIO will resolve the issue by either refunding double the shooting fee or offering a complimentary reshoot. We also take special care and responsibility to prevent such data loss or damage from occurring in the first place.
12. Personal Belongings :
Clients are solely responsible for their personal belongings during the shoot. OneJPN STUDIO accepts no liability for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items at the shooting location.
13. Tax Compliance & Qualified Invoice :
Package prices include applicable Japanese Consumption Tax 10% (CT). We comply with all applicable Japanese tax laws and remit collected Consumption Tax to the Japanese government. As a registered Qualified Invoice Issuer, we provide Qualified Invoices that enable eligible customers to claim Input Consumption Tax Credits in accordance with Japanese tax regulations.
