Will you provide the unedited RAW data files (all photos)?

Accepted Answer

All captured RAW data files will be sent via a cloud link within 2 days after the completion of the shooting session, which you can download and save.

Question 2

How many hours of shooting time are included? If overtime occurs, will extra fees be charged?

Accepted Answer

Shooting duration is set based on the package [e.g., 3 hours / 4 hours / 6 hours / 8 hours]. If you wish to extend the shoot, an additional fee of ¥5,000 per hour will be charged.

Question 3

If we shoot at 2 locations, does the shooting time include travel time between the two places? Does it include makeup touch-up time? Please explain about Shooting Time.

Accepted Answer

Travel time between locations and makeup preparation time are NOT included in the designated Shooting Session time. For Event shoots, our photography team will arrive 1 hour prior to the event start time to prepare. If the client arrives more than 30 minutes late beyond the scheduled time, the late duration will be deducted from and included as part of the scheduled shooting time.

Are Photo and Video services separated for wedding ceremony coverage?

For wedding ceremony coverage, we offer 3 separate package options: Photo Only Package, Video Only Package, and Photo & Video Package.
